Procedure for Registration
Basic application steps and requirements are as follows:
1. Personal Biodata, including your Names, Addreess, Rank, Email Address, Phone Number, Command of operation, etc.2. Next of kin information, including contact address, phone number, etc.
3. Picture Upload: upload of your personal photograph will be required and Receipt of Payment
4. Payment: Non refundable registration fee of N1,500.00k (New Member Only) into any of the Cooperate Account and attach the receipt in the application. (View Bank Details)
Please note: Applicant must maintain a salary account with any of the following banks: UBA, FCMB, First Bank, EcoBank and Safeline before proceeding with the application.
