Welcome

Anyone who has followed strictly the development in the FSS-CTLS will realize that the society has attained an appreciable height. However, I feel it is imperative to explore new policy direction to match with the trend of the current socio-economic realities of the country for better growth of this society through genuine accountability and transparency.

In view of the foregoing, we are committed to strive not just to be a success, but to be of value to the livelihood of dedicated members of this great society. I strongly believed that whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve, and that is why I am confident that with the commitment and support of the members, brighter days await the society.

When two roads diverged, take the one less traveled by, and that will make a whole difference and this is why I want to believe that our definiteness of purpose have been the starting point of many achievements to this great society.

The most difficult thing in life is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity, and this is why we have seen your commitments as more reason to be grateful for the opportunity granted to us to pilot the affairs of this great society.

On this note, we call on all members to remain dedicated for us to achieve the desired greatness and our vision to become a renowned micro-finance institution and strong player in national financial sector in the country.

Finally, the society is ours and the day to day administration of the society will be strictly guided by the bye-laws and rule of law to ensure fairness, transparency and accountability. I want to end by advising us to spend from what is left after saving not saving from what is left after spending.

Mohammed Zakari Doko

Secretary

Thank you

ACC CI MUTAA
PRESIDENT, FSS-CTLS

The Suleja Cooperative has a predictable but interesting history which was made by visionary leaders in the Federal Road Safety Corps Suleja Unit Command in 2004.

In response to financial pressure from members on the then existing Social Welfare Scheme and the inability of the scheme to meet the increasing financial needs of members of staff, the then Unit Head of Administration and Human Resources SRC O Omolayo and others proposed the establishment of the FRSC Suleja Staff Cooperative Welfare Scheme under the command of then SRC IM Audu (Unit Commander) to enable members pool money together to meet each others' financial needs with an aim of making profit that all members can benefit from. This was unanimously agreed upon and members of staff eagerly applied to join the new Cooperative.
